Solebury Lions Youth Wrestling
ABOUT US
The Solebury Youth Wrestling program was established in 2006 by John Lupisella with support from Solebury Township Parks and Recreation. Our wrestlers compete in the Delaware River Wrestling League. The regular season runs from November through February and is open to male and female wrestlers from Kindergarten through Eighth Grade. In 2021, Solebury Wrestling Club, Inc was founded as a 501c(3) nonprofit supporting the sport of wrestling in the local community. Coaching Philosophy
Our mission is to introduce boys and girls to the challenging, yet rewarding sport of wrestling. We want our wrestlers to build self-confidence and self-discipline, learn how to physically handle themselves and be resilient, and most importantly to have fun. The fundamental movements of wrestling are essential to the foundation of every sport. Our goal is to have your kids come back year after year and bring a friend!
